The Best Ever De-Tox Bath Soak

I recommend this bath to all my patients for a variety of reasons. My patients have found it is not only super relaxing, but it is great for weight loss, muscle soreness, after work-outs, colds and flus, releasing toxins and skin rashes.

Drift Away Into Bliss!

Fill your tub with warm/hot water and add the following ingredients and soak for at least 15 minutes:

1 cup hydrogen peroxide

1 cup Epsom Salt

1 cup Sea Salt

1 cup Baking Soda

1 - 2 Scoops of Posh Spahhhh

If you are having muscular or joint discomfort I advise against the detox bath because it may increase inflammation and therefore, pain.If this is the case, be sure to be checked for subluxation and use ice (20 minutes on and 20 minutes off) Massage with transdermal magnesium therapy, biofreeze and aromatherapy would also be a great addition to the chiropractic adjustment.
